Clean Athlete Embarrasses Doped-Up Competitors By Winning $250K At Enhanced Games

Hunter Armstrong was one of the few athletes who signed up for the Enhanced games and had no intention of taking performance-enhancing drugs.

The swimmer took home gold at the Enhanced Games, beating out his ‘enhanced’ competitors.

The games, which took place in the Resorts World parking lot in Las Vegas, saw athletes openly use performance-enhancing drugs under supervision. But American swimmer Hunter Armstrong was not one of them.

Armstrong did not use steroids for the Enhanced Games and ended up winning his first race anyway. Hunter emerged victorious in the men’s 50m backstroke. He beat competitors who openly embraced the event’s enhancement protocols. Armstrong clocked 24.21 seconds to take gold and pocket a reported $250,000 prize.
